There is always something to do. My coworkers are always willing to help me get stuff done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how they at least try to build up team morale. It doesn't usually work, since they don't practice what they preach.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work great together, for the most part. There's one or two team members that need to be let go. But they are really good at kissing the managers butts. So they get to stick around for that free paycheck.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We bust our butts to do our jobs, but our managers just sit on their butts and boss us around. I've over heard two managers talking about the employees in a degrading manner. A raise would make me feel better about my compensation.
