What did you like most about the interview process?
It was straight to the point and did not take weeks to complete
What makes you most happy at work?
The job itself can be difficult sometimes because of the amount of customers we see on a daily basis but I love the interaction
What are some of the best things about your team?
We know what work has to be done and everything is clear. There should be no reason for anyone not to know what to do
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They will actually talk with you not down to you. I have never had a issue in which I needed something and they did not work with me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe for the amount of work I do more pay would be nice. I am on my feet all day making sure the store is organized while answering questions and directing customers to the right location. I always end up doing more than just my job.
