Everyone is so easy to get along with. They're always open to answering customer questions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is so kind despite the fast paced days. It especially made things easy when I first began working here.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working with those around me. They stay on task, but make it more fun. The benefits though are the best part.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team always does a cheer before we start each meeting. It's a really fun way to get us all involved and energetic for the day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a very quick interview. I've never had one that fast. But I can tell that the process works for them because the employees are great.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Wal-Mart has an education opportunity for any employee and I think it is the most wonderful thing. We have the possibility to earn a degree for only a dollar a day while working here. The degree options are limited of course, but it's a great way to stay out of debt and still have a higher education
