Scheduling in automotive/hardware/sporting goods. They need to be on the same page with all company policies
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel they should evaluate how they schedule in each department, some people prefer day hours and others prefer evening hours. They need to make sure there are enough associates working the shifts. All department managers should have to do the same work we do on the floor.
