I interviewed 10 years ago and it was much different then. The managers had much more lead way to go off script at that time
The new ppto system is a joke and for someone with a chronic lifelong illness that Sedgwick is dragging their heels about approving my loa this affects my raises. The in store managers should be able to look at things on a case by case basis still.
