My overall experience was not the best. I meet some genuine people in my work environment, but other than that. The place is a toxic pool.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Set realistic goals for the store, and show support to the lower level subordinates.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I only liked two of my supervisors, because they were competent enough to comprehend management.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More support from upper management, and store managers need to be evaluated on a more consistent basis.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They asked open ended questions that allow you to answer with the knowledge you bring to the company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The store manager makes working there a living hell. They only care about getting their manager bonus, and don't care how it affects anyone else.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Unless you are full time, then you don't receive full benefits. Even if they put you on schedule for 32+ hours for a little while then cut your hours to prevent you from being full time.
