Breaks are the most positive thing. Sometimes free food.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works really hard despite a complete oblivion to what is supposed to be going on from leadership.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I worked 9 hours a day, with no breaks for 6 hours. The management needs to hire more cashiers so they ones on the floor can receive their breaks. Also allow water at our stations again. Its ridiculous to bag 1000 items an hour to make quota on no water.
