It has been an up and down hill with the company. As time goes on, I feel it is getting much worse with lazier people as time goes on.

Coworkers need to be less lazy and stay on task.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are plenty of benefits at walmart which is a nice plus.

For the most part they are down to earth people you can talk to.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Bad coworkers and negative environment make it very difficult to want to work here.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is always a negative energy at work. Always lots of complaining and less on being postive on things.
What did you like most about the interview process?
its a very simple interview and will hire about anyone. This is also part of the problem as we get very unreliable workers.
