there are definite ups and downs and the people really make the workspace, if you don't have people you can rely on the customers will eat you alive and break you. You can really tell who hasn't worked in retail these days because they're cruel to you and lack understanding.

the things i have gone over in my previous responses pretty much cover all of it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was over three years ago but the questions were fairly standard and easy and not that invasive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we work well together and communicate better than management does to us, we have each others backs and try to support each other through hard times
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Communication and empathy, often management won't work with you or listen to you and will dismiss you even when you know more about something than they do, they just want to be told their right instead of learning anything.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i'm constantly subjected to verbal abuse and possible threat of physical harm by crazy customers but continue coming into work as scheduled everyday which is more than i can say for my coworkers... i should be paid more than i am given it's barely above walmart minimum
