We have a pretty Friendly work environment, and it makes it more exciting to work.

It was quick and easy. I didn't have to go back several times to get hired.

When people are friendly and my bosses are not trying to make me do extra work outside of my job description.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The recent changes to the attendance policies have made it nearly impossible to have sufficient time to recover if you are sick and force employees to choose to work more with little or no change in pay.
