They need to get better at treating their employees better. Communication could be better as well.

Got to see lots of different people every day. Everything I needed was right at my finger tips
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because of the amount of hours. If they gave you enough hours the pay would be just fine.
