My initial experience was the most positive. Benefits were good and plenty of hours to work extra. Since then, they keep cutting hours and benefits (Sunday premium, raises no longer keep up with inflation). I'm worried I'll get fired not for doing a bad job, but for making too much in my position.

They're always looking for new ways to do things.

They asked questions relevant to the position rather than just canned generic interview questions.

I like that they have a lot of good ideas about implementing changes in my department.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together to pull through in adverse conditions. Basically, the core group helps each other out when we have call-ins or unusually high demand.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help people have better outcomes with their medication. Preventing side effects and educating patients is a big part of why I got into the pharmacy field to begin with.
