I love my job. Going everyday and trying to reach mew goals. Whether it be trying to beat my picking time, getting those orders out fast the the most fun is getting them reviews!!
What did you like most about the interview process?
Rachelle the intake...training lady is the best! She was so warm and welcoming and I was super happy they offered me full time.
What makes you most happy at work?
Im getting out and at least having a work life. My co-workers are great to be around and my day always goes by fast
What is the best part about your compensation package?
So far im excited about my bonus every three months starting in September for me. It makes me never want to miss work so I can receive the whole pay out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team just works great together and the boss man works so hard along with us if not harder. He is very strict on making sure his OPG is the best. And it is!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My boss has a tough shell and a little intimidating...actually a bit hard to please. Very hard for him to give someone a compliment. To me though I feel like it helped me to work harder. I enjoy my team very much
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work in OGP. We have a somewhat smaller team the rest of the store. Most of us are all really good as a team. Sometime we get a new person but we always know if they will make it in OGP
