The people who try to keep a positive attitude and be supportive ones.
Being denied a switch out of a department you believe is bad for your health, corrupt management team, not enough pay for how hard management pushes their workers.
The gentleman who interviewed me was kind, made me aware of what my department would be about, and gave me a tour to make sure I felt comfortable with the environment/job.
A better management team who offers us the number employees and help we need. How management speaks to anyone lower than them makes me feel undervalued. I wouldn't feel so bad if I got paid enough to put up with it.
