People in charge don't communicate... Or don't know how. They have attitudes all day when they don't do anything except walk around
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, caring about someone other than themselves. Stop being fake when the headman visits the store. Realize your employees can't do it all especially when there aren't enough people and equipment to do the job
