Nothing is all that positive at the store I work at.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviewer was really kind person to deal with. Whole process was quite simple to get through.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Main things wrong are how little the employees matter to our ASMs. All they care about is getting the job done even if that means employees getting sick from heat/over exhaustion.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring about employees more than the bottom line. Forced employees to work outdoors in 98 degree heat without water. Got sick from heat-exhaustion and got written up for it. Upper management sided with my ASM.
