Seeing my coworkers/CSMs and interacting with the regular customers
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they have great communication skills and they all do their part in the store.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team feels like a family (i work front end) and we all get along and can rely on each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
at least on the front end team, we all communicate very well with each other and can rely on each other for help whenever it is needed.
