I hate my managers because they make me feel bad about myself and most of them talk about me behind my back.

My managers are terrible at their job and awfully disrespectful to everyone.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All of the front end managers are extremely disrespectful to everyone (to cashiers, customers, and people working customer service)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
being respectful of everyone and not talking about people behind their backs. Also the CSMs are always rude and rately ever available, not to mention, understaffed/underscheduled
