Overall it's ok. I just hate favoritism and only a few people doing everything.

Stop the clicks, better communication, fair pay and better benefits. No favoritism!!!

Favoritism and clicks. My boss doesn't like me and takes no pains to hide it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Hiring managers are very open and honest about what is expected of you and what your duties are.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The management does not give you feedback good or bad. There's not a lot of communication and they talk about you behind your back or to your face if you're not in the click. They need to pay more than $12.00 start pay. Management begins at $13.00. It's stupid.
