The beginning was great but as time went on my department manager kept getting lazier and throwing her job on me and associates there were only 2 people in my department that would show up day in and day out and one was me and then I would get fussed at at every avilable turn

We dont have meetings and have little to no idea who my team is
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I get fussed at daily by almost every manager avilable for something about the night before weather I was there the night before or not they pin my department managers job on me and my associates in my department and guss at us constantly
