Most of the team of workers I work with are hard workers and know how to move efficiently

Get rid of some managers and supervisors, or train them better, really just the management at this store is unprofessional and lazy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been working at this store for a little over a year and I have been snubbed of promotion or raise so many times. I wish management would stop working me so much telling me and insinuating that I would get a supervisor or department manager position and then give it to someone else.
