I use think that we were a great team but, they don't want to work. I have noticed a lot of my team are not actually working they are mostly on there phone. They walking around the store not doing what they are supposed to be doing. You have to tell them to get on the register or pay attention.

I used to be exicted in coming to work. But when you have a great supported team. Then you come in to work the job you was hired to do but end up doing a job that you are not getting paid to do. That's a hurtful feeling and then you keep asking about it and no one can give you any answers.
