I am not happy working at Walmart . I started 9 month ago with 5 years of experience as a cashier and Walmart only pays me $12.15 this is after my raise that was $0.15c They pay the same to minors (16 years old) that they just hire every week. many of them do "NOTHING" I am disappointed.

when all the people around is in good mood.

I work in store 3896, my coworkers are really good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just appreciate me and pay me for my hard work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Assist the cashiers when we call for help, for example Need change Need money Problem with a Customer Check a price We are ignored many many times.
