This company is underhanded, petty, and like a bunch of little kids "fixing their mess" when they hear corporate is coming. Nothing but hostile, all the time.
What makes you most happy at work?
Coffee and being left alone by my managers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
When I asked if I was going to be trained and the interviewer said "no".
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It exists. so I don't get fined by Obamacare stuff on my taxes because i can't afford the insurance out of pocket, probably.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The managers need classes on how to speak to their employees and actually train them instead of teaching through discipline that goes on file. I've literally been told "I won't take the blame for what I told you to do" by two managers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being present, hiring, giving coachings to the people who deserve it rather than the ones affected by the lazy employees jobs. Ordering stuff, she could quit lying and throwing our personal items away and denying it? Could let us switch departments instead of keeping us in coaching-zones?
