The ones that help do a great job. I enjoy most of my co-workers. They are kind to customers and treat everyone well. They try to help customers the best they can.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Quit over working us and under paying us. All more workers! When someone calls off or goes on vacation we are screwed. So workers blame other co-workers but Walmart is the one to blame. We have over 10 jobs in pharmacy and only 3-4 workers and you expect us to be happy and get all the work done?
