Positive attitudes with most of the tram.

Nothing comes to mind unfortunately.

Customer service. Helping people and making their shopping experience a positive one
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is either non existent or coming down on the hardest workers at the wrong times. Utter madness.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had a great manager at my last facility within the same company. It was a great process and made me excited to be brought on.
