Most managers are only yes men, they will tell you what you want to hear and then never do what they said they would or fix the issue. Sometimes you will be given a work load that is impossible and still be expected to finish leaving us feeling defeated.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication!!!!!! and listening, two qualities that are non existent.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interviewer was leaving the company, she acted as though she did not care who was coming or going. My impression of the company was indifferent.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a lack in effort to make the customer and the employees happy, many act as though we do not need their business, when in fact without them we are nothing. Attitudes need to be addressed immediately.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are family we stick together, sure sometimes we don't get along but we take care of each other. Team work should be highly promoted, if the work is not finished some just leave the others behind and clock out. We should be encouraged to finish as a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The insurance barely covers covers specialists I had the highest co- pay in the office. We pay for the premium insurance because I am quite sick, I also pay 130.00 for one prescription what is that!? Value the health of your workers, in the long run they will last longer and work harder.
