What did you like most about the interview process?
It was friendly and fast. Not into the whole professional vibe and it wasn't.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Possibly diverse. Most of the people in freight are hispanic and speak nothing but Spanish so its hard to communicate
What makes you most happy at work?
Nothing...I get happy when I actually receive help which is rare or I have someone to talk with. But no I'm depressed and lack energy when I go into work
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is no team. Me, myself, and I ARE the deli team. I have no one to go to for help. I barely take breaks on time due to the lack of "co workers" in my area. I cannot leave the deli unattended.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I should be getting pain at least $14 an hour but I'm paid at a flat rate of $11. Personal shoppers get paid $2 more dollars than I do and I'm working double time due to the lack of workers in deli. I signed up as parttime with that pay and now I'm full time...pay did not increase
