My coach she is a nightmare she is rude treats her employees like gun on the bottom of a shoe she lies every employee wants to quit she has no respect for anyone the kids we have they dont have a chance she chews them ip and spits them out all while she sits on her butt in the office she is lazy!!!

When the coach is not there!! She is toxic!

My team lead rocks when she isnt getting her butt chewed for pittly stuff she makes work worth going in for!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Start sending random people in their to check on your mangers walk around asking employeess what they think of their mangers with out them knpwing they are their to see how the work envorimant is
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work hard and all have the best fun and get out job done as long as our coach isnt there when she is we dont have the great day she make it the worst when she is gone we getting it done cause we are in great moods she makes pur work place toxic
