better management skills and people skills

They need to know how to talk to their employees, our manger/supervisor, she's a bully and always harassing her black employees and not treating us all the same.

Value their employees not just with rhetoric but by sharing profitability with all employees. Make sure employees are paid correctly which constantly fails to occur, look to improving their terms and conditions instead of attacking them and then maybe you'll have an engaged workforce proud to be XPO

We are paid way low then a lot of company in our field and around us. we work hard.

taken advantage of asked to come in early and not paid but if you leave 5 min early will be deducted off you wage for a hour where is that fair so ten min in early every day that is 50min work for free a week over a year 2600 hours not paid now you tell me is that fair

This site never have anything positive to say about their hard working employees, it's always something negative, they make us work 10 hours a day 7 days a week and the supervisor/ manger never ever comes in, we need more MONEY & PTO hours. It's like they don't care about our family/health.
