What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You're getting the true Zendesk employee experience when you work on a cross-functional project and see in real-time how increased autonomy AND collaboration are an intentional result of adopting asynchronous work. Time together becomes more intentional, and work apart becomes more flexible.

What did you like most about the interview process?
My second interview was a 1.5-hr virtual meeting with three 30-min consecutive rounds. It was slightly overwhelming, but getting to meet my future stakeholders was as valuable for me as them. It shows a great level of trust and an expectation for partnership/collaboration.

What makes you most happy at work?
The quirky, approachable company branding permeates the culture. It's good when you find yourself genuinely smiling at work. But it's not just a good time. There's a lot of ambition here, but it's not a showboating, cutthroat kind of environment.
