Automatic gratuity like most restaurants. Some of us rely on tips and if we don't get tipped, we don't get paid. We don't work for free! We get the backlash if something goes wrong in the kitchen. Their mess-ups is what ruins our tip experience. That's not cool. We do the best we can.
