Well it's been 14 years since my interview but I remember them asking what positive tools I could bring to the job
The harder you work the more they want from the employees and how about saying thank you and/or good job. It's not always about the money
We all worked hard together especially when its busy. If you are not pulling your weight and then some the other tell you about it. I work with the most hardworking people I know
We all get along for the most part helping out each other when needed very respectful of each other. When someone is dragging the others down we tell them to get their act together cause we are a team
Treating servers and cooks like human beings. Say hello when you enter the restaurant. Remember every spoke in the wheel matters from buskers to servers to cooks without them working as hard as they do no money would be made.
Low pay for very hard working people. And again not enough compliments. When a big wig walks in they rarely acknowledge us unless it's a negative statement. Then they will sit back and watch us running when we are busy and not even help us, but comment negatively about how we are running like crazy
