The salary is low for someone of my tenure and the kind of workload I do compared to others of the same position. However, the benefits are great and I feel like I have a second family in my colleagues.

Our line of work is extremely complicated and I don't really feel like the compensation is enough, especially for us here in the Philippines, where everyone is underpaid.

In my line of work as a supervisor, we are technically doing a lot more things compared to other supervisors for the previous team that I was working with. Increasing our pay depending on market comparisons and workload would really make us feel valued and heard.
