The people are friendly and nice. However, there are few career prospects and I feel this is my biggest concern. It feels like once you are in, it's hard to move about.

They need to listen to the market. The product suite we have in LNIP is weak and when you speak with prospect and customers it's clear we aren't keeping up with competitors. The products need to develop quicker. We also need to be able to sell across the whole suite.

The strategy isn't really clear. How are we planning to get where we want to go? The poor financial performance of the company isn't just sales' fault. For clarity, I don't work in sales. To improve, the SLT need to focus on their departments rather than trying to manage each others.
