When me or my team accomplishes something, it makes us feel good. Solving problems makes me most happy at work.

We talk a lot about D&I, but it shows from the leadership team that this isn't a priority. They want the managers under them to be accountable, but they're clearly not themselves. And they push us hard without any regard for balance. That I was paid comparable to my worth and peers.

I can't really say we have a culture because every part of the business operates differently depending on who the SLT member is. There used to be a company culture, but now it's every leader having their own "kingdom" in the org. I do enjoy most of the people I work with which makes it good.
