They act like real people even though they are constrained by a corporate environment. They are understanding and helpful whenever they can be. They want me to succeed, and I notice it.
I will always tout the work-life balance. As a father of a 2 year old it is very helpful. The general work culture is fantastic as well. People are friendly and generally happy to be here and see each other.
They are friendly, helpful, kind, attentive, knowledgeable, diligent, efficient, hard-working, and extremely capable. I have never worked with such a good team before my current one. They show me I still have a lot of growing to do in my position (I'm fairly new), and I'm always learning from them.
The pay :). I also think our product and mission are just cool. I love what our company makes and I'm proud to be a part of it. I never imagined myself being in a sales position, but I'm very happy to be lucky enough to be a part of this project.
I wish our base pay was a little higher. I was recently promoted from SDR to ATCM and my base salary barely went up even though the amount/quality of work I need to do is significantly higher. If i manage to hit goal every month the increase should be nearly adequate, but that's not a guarantee.
