Specifically for gNS, needs new vision and leadership. SLT is stale and has unrealistic expectations from gNS as a tech company. Our Nexis+ AI solution is not as robust as the business would like it to be. I can barley give it away with renewals.

VC specifically creates rules that does not fairly capture an RMs performance. RMs are "dinged" for deals they were NEVER compensated for. First year RMs are not impacted with cancels - new rule 3 or 4 years ago - which sets unrealistic expectations of the job in future years.
