A great organization to work in with plenty of opportunities to learn and develop in which ever area you feel can contribute. Though there is a bit of bureaucracy in certain approval processes especially between the local and global functions but I guess that's given in a metrics driven org.

Great company but lacks transparency while recognizing employees. Global teams are only "Global" name sake. A lot of thrust is given to the local businesses whom Global team support. Global teams do not have the independence to make their own decisions. Final approvals come from local BU.

Disparity of pay for the same work at the same level in the region is quite disappointing.

The leadership team in LN are truly committed to a long term standing in the industry and besides the business they also strengthen the companies vision on I&D, invest in technology, automation and introduce innovative products, keeping the customer in the middle.

Pay (fairly) as per peers who hold similar responsibilities both within the function and within the region. I have responsibilities of entire region but am paid as per in-country leadership team. Regional CEO must treat Global Functional leaders on par with his leadership.

Leadership team at LN are great mix of different backgrounds and comes with great experience. Forward thinking. However, some of the leaders handling smaller regions needs to look at growth and put in energy in growing the business than always looking at cutting down on costs/people and investments.

Well, the compensation is quite biased and doesn't gel with what you do in a role when compared to the peers who are based out of other geographies. In a global eco system pay should be on par with your roles & accountability and not by geography.

Top management always talks about Customer centric approach which is very good. We look a lot in bringing in diversity within the teams. Caring about employees and try always to delight our customers. Innovate and bring in best in class solutions for our customers. A lot is invested in acquisitions.
