With all the work that I do I feel like it's not noticed. I normally will get things done while others are slacking off.

Needing to be more organized. Some tend to slack off when the others are working which causes some of us to be behind on orders.

I think it has to do with the negativity among co workers and managers. I think what needs to get fixed on this, is to get rid of those that don't help.
