Allow mid-management to have a voice and get in higher positions in the leadership team as a new expertise is required

Comp is good, benefits strong

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am considered an employee with high potential and have been rated exceptional performance for 8 years in row. I am exposed to roles and responsibilities that I fulfill demonstrating results yet not being paid or not seeing advancement for it.
