What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team needs to improve within their overall professional expectations. It feels as if they are not capable of the responsibility that is held over them. I do not mean to undermine their expertise. Although, I value the overall aspects of leadership, I have not seen this be practiced.

I feel undervalued because as an employee I should NOT be treated like a dog. I hardly even have proper training.

When I put in my sick days. My boss says that I will get paid for that day but didn't apply it to my paycheck. It would make me feel better if I actually received compensation when I request it. I just want the money that I'm owed.

I do a lot of work for not nearly what I feel I am worth getting paid. Paid maternity leave for moms at the management level should be offered, as well as dental insurance and not just a reimbursement plan.

Make the hiring process more structured. Every location only requires you to show up and as long as you're available, they will hire you on the spot. McDonald's does not do background checks on its employers prior to hiring.

The company is taking advantage of its employers. Due to the fact that most McDonald's locations are franchise owned. That means each establishment handles its employers differently. The company as a whole needs to be more tied together so that all locations are required to operate the same way.
