well we have to many people an we cant help everyone an some otheres that need help , people need to be nice an respect others an also stop putting others down for mornings when some cant work mornings an dodont like to stay til 12 when i truly dont.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
need to really clean an fix the hoses way oil dont leak all over the floor , we need to wear gloves when sending food out an putting fries in there cups . no head phones should be allowed , they need every one wearing black nonslip shoes , being on cell phones isnt ok while on the floor.
