My overall experience has been egregiously awful. Due to it being poorly ran by Management and owners!

Overall we need to learn how to communicate better as a team and actually work together!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to actually know how to lead. They need to know how to set the right atmosphere to build up crew morale.
