The transparency and open communication. They are out in front through video's, podcasts, town hall meetings, Intranet posts etc. They are genuine and sincere and care about our mission our employees, our customers.

seeing my team be successful, driving business and winning! Medela has the best products so when we win I know moms and babies are getting the best products and the hospital is being properly trained and supported by my team.
