I enjoy working at Medela and think what we do is meaningful. I like my coworkers and my work-life balance. I think the benefits could be better, and I think there is too much volatility and not enough career growth to recommend anyone to work here right now.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
There is not great career path development, and benefits could be better - especially for moms and families. Healthcare benefits are expensive and not great for maternity. However, I like the people and the culture. The pay is good, and the time off is good. Flexibility is great.
