I was given a different title than others in the organization with the same responsibilities. The title assigned to me is warehouse manager. I manage the branch, not just the warehouse and my salary should reflect that as it does others in the same position.

I feel undervalued because because I was given a tittle on my last promotion that allowed my salary to be less than other managers in the same position. I was told that tittle no longer exists however there have been new hires that have received that tittle.

Interacting with our customers. I have worked with many of them for years prior to me coming to work for Hoshizaki and talking with them feels almost like talking with a friend you haven't seen in awhile. Help them solve an issue they are having with parts, or equipment needs. I truly enjoy that.

I feel that calling my position a warehouse manager allowed my offered salary to be on the low end of what my job actually requires. There was no negotiation on salary when accepting new position. It was based on a percentage of what my current pay was and not about fair pay for similar jobs.
