Thank you for taking time to participate in our quarterly survey and we appreciate your constructive feedback. You mentioned communication from leadership being an issue. We highly recommend signing up for the company group text or joining the Team Hoshizaki Facebook group to receive company-wide communications. We are also in the process of implementing management/supervisor training.
