Retrain managers organize our work day hire more people stop relying on 2 or 3 people to fulfill the demand of all these orders the morale is way down so negaitive its disgusting how we are treated here

Personally, I think this is a very abusive workplace not the work itself so much, but the management the way we are treated, like animals is very unprofessional I honestly couldn't recommend this company to anybody because it's so abusive. I feel that they have me do more than what is needed im loyal hardworking and show up everyday managers are very abusive to us on top of that i feel like if it werent for the incentive bonus i would not beable to afford to work here its not enough to provide for my family even with the bonus
