Hoshizaki is a good company to work for. They provide good benefits. They'll try their best to make the company operation at a optimal level for positive returns annually. Although they provide all safety, don't stay too long, some people who have worked for decades for this company are injured.

It's a job nothing special. Year after year you can almost predict every move. You can always create a healthy and exciting environment anywhere. What matters the most is why people go to the job. The company is doing everything they need to do to maintain a steady incline or mitigation on PNL.

Their way of being empathetic towards each other and other employees.

Being able to just say hello to anyone and not feel intimidiated.

It is a healthy environment. I come in and I can say hello to everyone.

The healthy relationship and non toxic interactions with all of them. They are really good people to work with.

End the Political System it's corrupt. Some people can tell the difference between good leadership between an arrogant boss.

The relationship with everyone I interact with at work from the very beginning I get out of my car and enter the building.

The incentive pay makes a huge difference in my check. If they ever take it away, it will be a dissapointment for most people if not all who benefits from it.

There's task that I do that I feel inclined to accomplish that I know is meant for supervisors or coordinators to do simply because the "leaders" want me to be a "team" player.

The leadership team performance to deliver every week long term can make an impact of the momentum of the company's success. Little by little becomes a lot. I started June 5th 2023 and so far I like it.

The people I work with. These are good people. Being able to come to work feeling comfortable. And not faking like, "YES we are one big family here at Hoshizaki" that's scary. Just straight up real genuine kindness and respect towards each other.

Knowing that everyday I am getting closer to my goal to actually doing what I love the most and that's my number 1 driver besides the most high. That purpose is more than enough to keep a smile on my face and keep my fuel burning.

No drama, simply a healthy environment. It's the so called leaders that make the place feel dreadful. Someone needs to be an undercover employee to realize what it's like actually working in these environments. It's not an office vibe more like a barbecue in the hood with good vibes. And boss Karen.

I noticed throughout evaluation when being scored a 1, 2 or 3, the supervisor would tend to be very stingy when it comes to giving a high performing employee a 3. It's like they get a higher commission or pay for not paying their employees what they deserve. Givin a 20/40 cent raise is disappointing

In all honesty, I don't wake up and jump out of bed excited to go to work. I'm not passionate about working at Hoshizaki. What drives me to go to work is the strong purpose behind why it is I go to work. What makes me happy about work is the employees that work alongside me.

It's hard to get up in the morning with an excitement to work at a 9-5 especially if it isn't your passion. I can come in and say hello to everyone with no tension in the air and that's the best part because it reminds me I am human that's being acknowledge and I am grateful that I get to improve.
